Some lighter weight jobs may not require the 17.5" foot, so the 12" base offers the same great support, at a lower cost.

As our market grew, we found that for lighter weight installs, the EcoFoot 175 was overkill. So, we created the EcoFoot 120—a 12" EcoFoot base designed specifically for lighter applications. It's a more cost effective solution, with the same non-penetrative install.
